The UK compliance services we offer are: assisting firms through the HMRC audit to entry on the list of MTD software vendors, installation, training, and a sales package, including a demo system for Clients

Advanced data testing

The system includes a TEST button, allowing the person submitting the return to perform tests on the output before submission to HMRC

Where the agent version of the software is installed, the agent can define the tests for different types of business

These tests can compare the current return with returns previously submitted in the MTD system

The tests can also include variance analysis between, for example, “last period” or “same period last year”

Branding

When the Cynare system is installed for agents, the agent can add their own branding and narrative to the screens

Audit trail

The system maintains a full audit trail

The User is able to review the previous returns submitted in the MTD system along with filing receipts from HMRC

Security

The system uses multi-factor authentication in the same way as HMRC and the UK banks, so your data is always secure

Integration

The Cynare MTD for VAT system is part of our Client Portal suite of products

As well as being able to operate as a stand-alone product, it can also be delivered as a constituent of our wider Client Portal system, which provides secure document interchange, management, collaboration and reporting

Flexibility

The Cynare system can be used in situations where either an organisation’s existing system is unable to file VAT returns under MTD or where they have complex VAT requirements which their software cannot cope with

Where an organisation has more than a single VAT registered entity, the Cynare system provides a single, simple interface for all the VAT returns

While the software can cope with the current submission system, it can also deal with the more comprehensive submission requirement coming soon

We can file EC sales lists and indeed we are already filing returns in other European jurisdictions in addition to the UK
